FSW is one of the oldest and most comprehensive private, non-profit human service agencies in Connecticut. Annually, we serve thousands of individuals and families predominantly in the Greater Bridgeport region with some services offered throughout Connecticut. FSW employs a holistic, integrative service delivery model to help low income families become economically self sufficient, and employs best practices to help people build on their strengths and capabilities, bringing positive, lasting change to their lives.
