Each year, Council Member Agencies serve over 150,000 families, making this one of the largest associations of non-governmental providers of services to CT’s children, youth, adults and their families. Member agencies provide professional mental health and family support services to the poor, the middle class and the affluent. Member agencies currently serve as a statewide provider network for three Council programs – the welfare-to-work Employment Success Program, the court mandated Parent Education Program for parents involved in divorce or child custody proceedings, and Focus on K.I.D.S., a structured program for high conflict divorcing, divorced or separated parents.
With 16 agencies and 100 program sites across the state, the Council is the premier resource for any initiative or program focused on the well-being of Connecticut’s children, individuals and families.
