TANF Emergency Contingency Fund Fiscal Intermediary Program
The CT Department of Social Services has recently entered into a 21 month contract with the Council to serve as "Fiscal Intermediary" for the TANF - Emergency Contingency Fund project. This project is expected to bring significant new federal dollars to the state and the participating non-profit community.
