Cassandra is a nonprofit professional who specializes in data management, program development and performance measurement. She has over 5 years of experience in the field with a broad range of skills including grant writing, event management, social media, and program evaluation. Cassandra holds a Master in Social Work, with a concentration in Community Organizing and Social Policy and Evaluation from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Her academic focus specialized in anti-poverty polices, low-wage job market and welfare reform. 

Through her work she hopes to improve opportunity for low and middle-income Americans through high-performance, outcome-driven service delivery and equal-opportunity public policy that addresses racial and economic inequity. Cassandra also has a special interest in supporting asset-building and financial literacy models to increase financial assets and savings for low to moderate income Americans.

Cassandra has travelled to over 20 countries, building a strong understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and competency in every phase of service delivery and program development. A Connecticut native, Cassandra is excited to be a part of Connecticut Council for Family Service Agencies and support strong Connecticut families!
