VOCA Regional Coordinator
Krystal has worked in the non-profit arena for over ten years, specializing in anti-human trafficking. She has a background in providing support to survivors or sex/labor trafficking and supervising programs including case management, street outreach, and drop-in center services throughout Connecticut. Krystal also has extensive experience leading trainings on victim identification and response as well as creating trauma-informed spaces.
Additionally, Krystal has managed programs that assist families to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty through intensive case management, increasing their self-sufficiency and reducing their dependence on emergency social services.
The Regional Coordinator holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Roger Williams University and a Master of Science in Victim Service Management from Sam Houston University.
Krystal is passionate about equipping underserved populations with equitable access to resources, such as safe and stable housing, employment and educational opportunities, behavioral health, and other essential supports.
