After many years of service, Connecticut Council of Family Service Agencies will officially close its doors effective 12/31/25. We are deeply grateful to all of our member agencies, partners, and community members who have supported us throughout our thirty-nine year history of serving Connecticut’s families.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families – Safety Net Services Case Management Program

Screening Connecticut’s Youth
The Screening Connecticut’s Youth (SCY) Program was developed to screen children and adolescents throughout Connecticut for early detection of mental health challenges or trauma issues. This program will be managed by Klingberg Family Centers, and offered in the greater New Britain area, effective 1/1/26.
