The Connecticut Council of Family Services Agencies is the premier network that strengthens individuals, families, and the communities in which they live through coordinated service delivery, advocacy, leadership, collaboration, information and support services.

Vision for Our Work Together

To increase availability and access to high quality services for Connecticut’s children, families and communities and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of human service delivery.

Vision for Our Network

●       Leadership: Our network will take an active leadership role in influencing the contracting and delivery of human services in Connecticut.   We will be viewed as the “go-to” statewide service delivery network for state agencies.

●       Member Supports:  Our network builds its partner-agencies’ capacity for collaboration and service delivery excellence and creates forums for peer-to-peer networking and knowledge sharing and will expand its footprint related to services and geography.

●       Innovation:  Our partners, by working and learning together, will design new, innovative approaches to move Connecticut’s children, adults, and families toward self-reliance and resilience.

●       Governance:  Our governance and membership model evolve to best support the delivery of statewide human services and support our members.

●       Results: Through the use of robust data collection and evaluation approaches, our network will actively track its activities and outcomes for those it serves and will utilize data to support continuous quality improvement.
