Every year CCFSA honors those who are true champions for CT's children and families through either their employment or volunteer work with a CCFSA member agency. We also honor someone who has made extraordinary contributions to strengthening families with the Dan O'Connell Lifetime Achievement Award. CCFSA member agencies, their staff, Executive branch officials, legislators, special guests and former CCFSA Family Legislators of the Year gathered to honor Representative Jay Case as the CCFSA 2018 Family Legislator of the Year Celebration at the state capitol building in Room 310.
