SCY Program Manager
Brooke Hogan
SCY Program Manager
Brooke Hogan comes to CCFSA with extensive experience in the anti-human trafficking of human services. She is a certified domestic violence advocate in the state of Connecticut. Because of her time working in victims services, and with families and the unhoused population, she is excited to be the Program Manager for the Screening Connecticut’s Youth (SCY) Program, knowing that early intervention of potential mental health issues or trauma-related issues can make a big difference in setting the course of one’s life. She is very passionate about empowering individuals and families in taking the first steps on the path to becoming the best versions of themselves.
The Program Manager holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Long Island University C.W. Post and a Masters of Science from the University of New Haven in Criminal Justice. She enjoys volunteering, photography, and spending time with her animals when she is not at work.
